TechNet Learning is the entrepreneurial company that conceived, developed and manages the COP.Academy ecosystem. Born from experience gained in the professional training and skills certification sector, TechNet Learning operates with the goal of simplifying and enhancing the certification paths of individuals and organizations.
The group manages several complementary platforms: cop.academy, the marketplace dedicated to certified training and publishing, and examcenter.online, the platform specialized in the delivery and management of certification exams.

Daniele Savoretti
Founder and CEO of TechNet Learning
Daniele Savoretti has a thirty-year professional background in IT consulting and international professional training. After years of experience abroad — including a role as Strategic Account Manager at Lutech — he returned to Italy in 2008, where he identified a significant gap between the skills developed in academic paths and the real needs of the job market.
From this awareness, TechNet Learning was born in 2019: an entrepreneurial venture aimed at enhancing Italian talent by bridging the gap between training and the market through digital innovation. Under his leadership, TechNet Learning specialized in delivering exams compliant with international ISO 17024 standards, becoming a national reference point for the certification of professional skills.
He is the promoter of the COP.Academy and ExamCenter.Online ecosystem, designed to support professionals and organizations at every stage of the certification journey.
Valentina Desole
Academy & Marketing Manager
Valentina Desole holds a master’s degree in Communication, ICT and Media from the University of Turin, after a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences. Throughout her educational and professional career she has developed skills in digital marketing, social media management, copywriting and digital communication, gaining hands-on experience in corporate and consulting environments.
Within TechNet Learning she is responsible for Marketing and Social Media Management, developing strategies and content both for corporate communication and for client-dedicated projects. Her role also includes the design, creation and organization of training courses, contributing to the development of integrated training and communication solutions.
Through a creative, strategic and organized approach, she supports the enhancement of the company’s content, projects and training paths.
Raffaella Sulpizi
Certification Manager
Raffaella Sulpizi holds a degree in Law and has built a solid professional career of about ten years in the legal sector. Over the course of her career she has progressively broadened her interests, integrating her legal background with skills in the administrative and business fields.
Driven by the desire to put her acquired knowledge to good use, she embarked on a path oriented towards roles allowing a concrete and strategic application of her skills.
Within TechNet Learning she is in charge of the exams and certifications area, following personal, professional and service paths. In this role she contributes to the development and management of training and certification solutions, supporting candidates and organizations in enhancing professional profiles.
