Driving Complex Transformations Through Data and Leadership
The Continuous Improvement Advisor course is the most advanced level of the Continuous Improvement Academy, designed for those responsible for leading complex transformation and performance improvement programmes.
The course develops advanced skills in applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, quantitative data analysis, economic evaluation of projects and organisational change management. Participants learn to interpret complex phenomena, support strategic decisions, assess the economic impact of initiatives and steer high-value improvement programmes for the organisation.
The course explores the role of the Advisor as an expert figure able to support Change Agents, facilitate team maturity, provide methodological direction and contribute to the governance of transformation programmes. The goal is to train professionals capable of connecting data, performance, people and strategy, ensuring that Continuous Improvement initiatives deliver measurable, sustainable results aligned with business priorities.
With a duration of 10 days plus a hands-on Project Work, the course consolidates specialist skills and transformative leadership, preparing participants to operate in complex, cross-functional, high-impact contexts.
