Designing and implementing an AI management system
The course introduces the principles of Artificial Intelligence governance and provides a practical reading of the ISO/IEC 42001 standard, dedicated to AI management systems. The course helps understand how to integrate roles, responsibilities, risk assessment processes, controls and documentation requirements within the organisation.
Particular attention is given to building a verifiable organisational framework, useful for demonstrating proper management of AI systems, supporting audit activities and strengthening the organisation’s reliability towards customers, partners and contracting authorities.
