Description

The Cloud Security ISO/IEC 27017 and ISO/IEC 27018 course (Foundation level) builds an understanding of the security controls for cloud services (ISO/IEC 27017) and for the protection of personal data in the cloud (ISO/IEC 27018), as extensions of ISO/IEC 27002.

Taught by Dott.ssa Valentina Grazia Sapuppo, the course is delivered live, online or in person, in a single 8-hour lesson that takes participants from cloud service models through to the relationship between customer and provider.

Objectives and expected outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will:

  • know the cloud service models and how security responsibilities are shared;
  • understand the cloud service security controls set out in ISO/IEC 27017;
