The Legislative Decree 231/2001: Liability of Entities course (Foundation level) builds an understanding of the Italian decree on the administrative liability of entities (D.Lgs. 231/2001), predicate offences, the elements of the 231 Model and the role of the Supervisory Body.

Taught by Dott.ssa Valentina Grazia Sapuppo, the course is delivered live, online or in person, and covers in four modules the regulatory framework, predicate offences and the penalty system, the Organisation, Management and Control Model, the Supervisory Body and whistleblowing.
