Description
The Legislative Decree 231/2001 Corporate Liability course (Implementer level) shows how to design and implement an Organisation, Management and Control Model under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, from mapping offence risks to the control and supervisory system.
Taught by Dott.ssa Valentina Grazia Sapuppo, the course is delivered live, online or in person, and combines methodology with exercises on operational templates (registers, checklists, procedures), so you can apply the content straight away to building the Model.
