Pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (as transposed into Italian law by Legislative Decree 21/2014 amending the Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the physical product (or from contract conclusion for services), without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those specified below.

The right of withdrawal applies to physical products (gadgets, educational material kits) purchased on this website. Specific exclusions apply to digital products, as described in the dedicated section below.

To exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the product, simply log in to your account and use the Withdrawal tab:

1. Log in to your personal account;
2. Select the Withdrawal tab from the side menu;
3. Choose the order and product for which you wish to withdraw;
4. State your reason and submit the request.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Our team will review your request and reply as soon as possible, informing you of the outcome and, if accepted, providing return instructions.

Once your withdrawal is accepted, you must return the products within 14 days of confirmation. Products must be:

• Returned intact, in their original packaging (or suitably packaged);
• Complete with all accessories, manuals and documentation included in the package;
• Unused, undamaged and free from signs of wear.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The return address will be communicated by e-mail together with the outcome of your request.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will reimburse the price paid (including standard outbound shipping costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the initial purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

If the returned products show a diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the refund may be reduced proportionally.

Pursuant to Art. 59(1)(o) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (downloads, streaming, online access) where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Specifically, no withdrawal is available for:

• E-learning training courses — once course access has been activated;
• Certification exams — once an exam voucher has been generated or the test has been scheduled;
• Digital editorial resources (e-books, PDFs, course materials) — once a download has taken place or access has been made available;
• Digital content subscriptions — once the subscription period has commenced.

The user provides their express consent and waives the right of withdrawal at checkout, before completing the purchase.
