Description
AI Agents in the Enterprise
Opportunities, risks and governance

Who it is for
Innovation, IT, operations.
Objectives
- Moving to action: turn AI from a passive assistant into an operational engine able to carry out complex tasks (e.g. advanced customer service, data analysis, CRM updates)
- Governance, ethics and security: define company policies for the use of AI, ensuring the privacy of sensitive data and regulatory compliance
- Human control and oversight: apply the human-in-the-loop principle. The AI agent executes, but the employee must be able to validate outputs and avoid the “blind delegation” effect
Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance is issued at the end of the course.
