Purchasing, evaluating and managing contracts for Artificial Intelligence solutions
The course provides criteria and tools for approaching the purchase of Artificial Intelligence systems and services with full awareness, from the preliminary evaluation of the supplier through to defining and managing the contract.
Particular attention is given to contract clauses, the guarantees required from suppliers, and the correct allocation of roles and responsibilities along the AI value chain. The course helps identify the main legal, operational and technological risks connected to using AI solutions and translate them into appropriate requirements, obligations and contractual protections.
