The Building Excellence in Project Delivery course is a comprehensive path for those who want to consolidate their role as a professional Project Manager and build an integrated view of managing complex projects.

Developed in line with the principles of UNI ISO 21502 and the competency framework of UNI 11648, the course explores the technical, organisational and behavioural skills needed to plan, govern, monitor and deliver projects in complex, multidisciplinary contexts shaped by constraints of time, cost, quality and resources.

The course provides methods and tools for managing the full project life cycle, from defining scope and project organisation through to planning, performance control, risk and opportunity management, stakeholder communication and project closure.

Particular attention is given to the Project Manager’s ability to integrate governance, planning, financial control, quality, procurement, leadership and relationship management, ensuring alignment between project goals, stakeholder expectations and expected results.

The goal is to strengthen the ability to manage complex projects with method, managerial awareness and a delivery-oriented mindset, contributing to concrete, measurable and sustainable results for the organisation.
