The Business Excellence Expert course is the first specialist level for developing operational skills in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma.
The course guides participants in applying a structured method to analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, collect and interpret data, find the root causes of problems and define effective, lasting solutions.
Through a practical, project-oriented approach, the course shows how to turn operational issues and inefficiencies into measurable improvement initiatives, connected to the organisation’s performance goals.
The goal is to give participants a methodological and hands-on foundation to actively contribute to Business Excellence programmes, supporting process optimisation, waste reduction, quality improvement and the consolidation of results achieved.
The maximum number of participants is limited to ensure the quality of the hands-on exercises.
