Description
Champion for Continuous Improvement
Building the Foundation for Sustainable Transformation
The Champion for Continuous Improvement course is designed for business leaders responsible for promoting, guiding and sustaining continuous improvement and organisational transformation programmes.
Improvement initiatives deliver lasting results only when management fully understands its role in setting priorities, supporting teams, removing obstacles and spreading a culture oriented towards change.
The course provides a strategic view of the main Continuous Improvement methodologies, helping participants understand how to link business goals to improvement initiatives, select priorities, monitor performance and drive effective project governance.
The goal is to strengthen the ability of Champions and Executive Sponsors to create the organisational conditions needed for improvement programmes to stay aligned with strategy, remain sustainable over time and deliver measurable results.
The maximum number of participants is limited to ensure the quality of the hands-on exercises.
