Description
Executive Sponsor for Improvement Programs
Governing Change and Driving Performance
The Executive Sponsor for Improvement Programs course is an advanced path for managerial figures responsible for governing structured continuous improvement and organisational transformation programmes.
The course develops the skills needed to define effective governance, select and prioritise improvement initiatives, provide concrete support to project teams and ensure the sustainability of results over time.
Through an integrated view of the main Continuous Improvement methodologies, the course helps participants understand how to connect business strategy, operational performance and the project portfolio, turning improvement opportunities into measurable initiatives aligned with the organisation’s goals.
Particular attention is given to the role of the Executive Sponsor as a figure of direction, support and accountability: an essential role for removing organisational obstacles, fostering alignment across functions, sustaining change and consolidating the results generated by improvement programmes.
The maximum number of participants is limited to ensure the quality of the hands-on exercises.
