The ISO 9001 Quality course (Foundation level) provides the information and knowledge needed to understand the structure and requirements of ISO 9001:2026, the reference standard for Quality Management Systems, from the process approach to continual improvement.

Taught by Dott.ssa Valentina Grazia Sapuppo, the course is delivered live, online or in person, in a single lesson made up of four modules that take participants from the principles of quality through to documentation, indicators and improvement.
