Description
Project Management Fundamentals
From Ideas to Execution
The Project Management Fundamentals course provides a comprehensive overview of the core principles of Project Management, with the aim of building a shared language and a common methodological foundation for managing projects.
As more and more business activities are organised as projects, the course helps participants understand how to turn ideas, goals and initiatives into structured, trackable work plans oriented towards achieving expected results.
The course introduces the essential logic for setting clear goals, identifying deliverables, planning activities, assigning responsibilities, coordinating resources, managing risks and stakeholders, communicating effectively and monitoring progress through to project closure.
The goal is to provide immediately applicable tools to contribute more confidently to managing projects, cross-functional activities and change initiatives, fostering better integration between planning, execution and results control.
The maximum number of participants is limited to ensure the quality of the hands-on exercises.
