Description
Process Improvement Awareness
Understanding Processes, Performance and Problem Solving
The Process Improvement Awareness course offers an introductory overview of the principles of business process improvement, with the aim of building greater awareness of how operational activities can be analysed, simplified and made more effective.
The course helps participants understand the value of a structured approach to processes, focused on quality, reducing inefficiencies and continuously improving performance. The focus is on developing the ability to observe how business activities work, recognise critical issues and improvement opportunities, and contribute more consciously to achieving organisational goals.
Through a practical, accessible approach, the course fosters a value-oriented mindset, cross-functional collaboration and the pursuit of solutions that are sustainable over time. It is designed to give a shared language and method to everyone involved, directly or indirectly, in managing and improving processes.
The maximum number of participants is limited to ensure the quality of the hands-on exercises.
