Recruiting, evaluation and monitoring of workers
The course analyses the opportunities, risks and responsibilities connected to the use of Artificial Intelligence systems in Human Resources management processes.
The course explores the use of AI in recruiting, selection, performance evaluation, task assignment and worker monitoring activities, providing criteria for distinguishing support tools from systems that can significantly affect rights and working conditions.
Particular attention is given to the obligations set out by the AI Act, personal data protection regulations, and Italian rules on automated decision-making and monitoring systems.
